Business Work Automation

Most of the work that eats a week is not difficult. It is repetitive, spread across four tools, and done by someone who could be doing something better.

AThe short version

Remove the repetitive path.

We map where hours actually leak — invoicing, reporting, onboarding, follow-ups, reconciliation — then build the system that does it without anyone opening a spreadsheet.

You probably need this if

  • The same data gets typed into two systems because they do not talk to each other.

  • Someone's Monday is a spreadsheet they rebuild from scratch every week.

  • Month-end takes three days and nobody can quite say why.

  • A process only works because one person remembers the order of the steps.

CWhat we build

What the engagement includes

  • Process mapping

We sit with the people doing the work and write down what actually happens, which is rarely what the documented process says.

  • The integration layer

Plumbing between your CRM, your accounting, your sheets and your inbox, so a record entered once appears everywhere it is needed.

  • Scheduled and triggered runs

Work that fires on a clock or on an event, with retries, so nothing waits for somebody to open a laptop.

  • Exception handling

The interesting part. When the invoice does not match, the field is blank or the API is down, it goes to a person with the context already attached.

DDeliverables

What you end up holding

  • A written map of the process, before and after
  • The running system, on your own accounts
  • An admin view showing what ran, what failed, and why
  • Handover documentation your team can actually act on
EQuestions

Asked often enough to answer here

How long does a typical automation take?
One to three weeks for a single process. Mapping is a few days, the build is the rest, and we run it alongside the manual version until you trust it.
Do we have to change the tools we already use?
Usually not. Most business tools have an API or at least a webhook, and we would rather build around what your team already knows than force a migration nobody asked for.
What happens when the process changes?
Handover covers the parts most likely to change and where to change them. If you would rather we kept it running, we do that too.

A short conversation is usually enough to say whether this is a week of work or a quarter, and what it would cost.
